The training is led by Delphine Metge-Toppin, a Franco-British English teacher and former deputy head within the French Catholic education system.
She has solid experience in teaching, school leadership, school governance, curriculum implementation, team management, and handling complex educational situations. Her background also includes close collaboration with families and institutional partners, giving her an excellent understanding of the expectations, structures, and culture of the French education system.
